Meet Camelia.
She specializes in Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra
I am a certified 200Hr yoga teacher and have been teaching yoga for 15 years. Yoga has been a powerful blessing in my life. It brings me joy and peace while supporting my personal wellbeing on a daily basis. I truly love teaching and watching students come home to themselves. My yoga mat is a place of replenishment that I can always count on.
My Mantra: love-Joy-Peace-Harmony and Laughter
Highlights of my classes include:
Deep breathing (for new and those with an established practice)
Gentle movement that allows for deeper muscle engagement
supports and
Occasional extra naps due to relaxation levels during class

Hi, Iβm Heidi. I teach Yoga all levels, beginner, strength & Balance and meditation.
I am a 200HR certified teacher and I have been sharing my gifts with others for 10 years now. I enjoy all who walk through my class doors and the energy that kids bring really gets me excited!
Why do I teach? Because:
Everyone deserves to feel the best in their bodies.
People are so busy.
Watching students build their practice and confidence is so inspiring
we get to lie down and pretend itβs on purpose.
Expect:
Guided meditations that may result in total relaxation
Soothing music that drowns out the cacophony of the busy life outside
The occasional escape of gas during tough poses. (trust me we have all done it!)
My classes are part yoga, part personal challenge and part learning to love yourself and your bodies abilities Come in your comfiest clothes an open mind and heart.
