Hello and welcome, I am Heidianna Brown owner and practitioner at Flying Heron Yoga & Wellness. I found my way to yoga through a grief retreat in 2010 and decided in 2015 to take it further than my personal practice and dove into teacher training. I fell in love with the teaching aspect and helping those who don’t think yoga is for them find their comfort and sense of belonging. I have been working with women, kiddos, workplaces and in community settings sharing movement and stillness. I settled in Olympia because the water is in my blood and I welcome you to visit our intimate space to explore movement, stillness, and connection—no matter your experience level, body type, or background there is a class offering for you. With a teacher experience of over 10 years and I enjoy sharing energizing flows, deep relaxation, intentional all levels yoga, mindful meditation practices for adults and kids. I believe wellness and movement is for every BODY. In your class I help you in taking care of you; mind, body and soul. Let me work with you in private or small group settings of your choice.
