Yin yoga

This monthly sound bath invites you to rest deeply as you’re surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. Chair yoga

Chair Yoga is a gentle, all-levels practice designed to make the benefits of yoga available to every body — regardless of age, mobility, or flexibility. In this class, all movement is done seated or using a chair for support, allowing you to explore poses safely while staying rooted and steady.
